We have found the solution to make it easier for customers to repair their bike. Tired of long waiting times in the bike shop? Wanting to repair your bike yourself, but don’t have the tools yourself? Now there is the possibility to make simple repairs on your bike with instructions in the shop itself. Each store has a basic bike with QR codes on parts that can be repaired. By scanning a QR-code on this bike you will need to pay a small fee to make use of the repair tools in the store and will be redirected to an explanation page on the available iPad. Furthermore, the basic repair kits will also be sold various stores, so you are free to fix bike whenever needed.
